Paaaartyyyy! 😀
All training program participants will receive a ''plug-and-play'' training kit on the topic of Basic Leadership (put together by AIMS), which they can later use in their subsequent activity as trainers.
Here's what the complete kit contains!
The learning environment will be experiential, with video-recorded mini-training sessions and on-the-spot feedback from the facilitator (as subject matter expert) and participants (from the role of audience).
The participants' training simulations can be both freely chosen from their own training projects prepared for the practical exam, or parts of the Basic Leadership training kit offered by AIMS.
