• Individual implementation of the training project according to standards

• One individual feedback and coaching session on the chosen training project

• Certification Exam (date to be established together with participants)

All training program participants will receive a ''plug-and-play'' training kit on the topic of Basic Leadership (put together by AIMS), which they can later use in their subsequent activity as trainers.
