“Almost every session brought up intense feelings, each sensitive chord was touched and harmonized, due to Gabi’s empathic and humane style. She managed to take us deep down into my soul and unearth all «the files that were opened and that have never been solved».
I started coaching thinking that she will teach me how to take over a management position, how to manage many people and what professional behaviour I should have. And I ended coaching holding the reins of my life. Because you first need to know yourself and your true worth, to know what you can and what you cannot do, when to say Yes and when to say No… the answers to almost all problems lie within yourself ..... I look in the mirror and I see another person now. I really didn't think I could find so many resources inside me. Because I just didn't think I was capable of a lot of things. I've become authentic and that's what I like the most.’’
According to the ICF (International Coaching Federation), coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.
In simpler words, the coach and the client have a conversation about a destination of the client’s choice (an objective), and about the resources & the steps required to get there.
It is a mental journey towards the desired future, along which the coach accompanies the client to make sure the latter finds the ''real North'', stays the course, brings to light hidden treasures and defeats the monsters that held them back, all the while increasing the hero’s self-awareness, confidence and autonomy and celebrating each sign of progress.
For its coaching programs, AIMS has coaches trained to use Solution Focus Coaching method. The emphasis is on finding lasting solutions by building on existing competences and strengths and recognizing signs of progress.
Solution Focused (SF) methodologies are an innovative approach to guiding clients toward the rapid achievement of goals. Empowerment comes with seeing life from the future, rather than from the past. So the term indicates where we look: forward, towards solutions, rather than backwards, by studying problems.
The SF approach aims to discover “what works” in a given situation, simply and practically. The focus on what’s wanted, what’s going well and doing more of what works is often much faster and more effective for clients than analyzing problems and difficulties and their causes.
The SF coach sees each client as the expert in finding his/her own solutions. So coaching helps clients bring solutions to the surface and builds on clients’ resources and strengths.
The SF coach focuses on directing clients’ attention towards those moments and actions that are already working the way they want. It helps clients identify what it is that makes these moments work, and do more of the same.
The SF coach carefully explores how clients want their lives to be different and how they will notice next steps on their road towards the goal. It helps to build on small and achievable successes.

For any kind of package, the following applies:
The specific focus of the coaching sessions is driven by the coachee's particular needs.
The number of coaching sessions in the chosen package can be supplemented depending on the coachee's needs and are billed separately.
The duration of a coaching session is one hour, the sessions take place online.
The sessions dedicated to establishing and clarifying expectations / objectives prior to the three-cornered meeting are an important part of the process and are billable.
The frequency of coaching sessions may be anywhere between once a week to once every three weeks.
We recommend weekly sessions or at least one session every two weeks so that there is focus and continuity in the process.
One session at an interval greater than 2 weeks does not guarantee success.
Sessions booked and missed by the coachee - without prior 48 hours notification - are invoiced.
Additional recommended readings for the coachee will be provided by the coach.
