And we have seen and experienced it all...
The gradual transition to a market economy
1994 marked the opening of AIMS Timișoara office, called Snelling Personnel Services at that time
2000 - 2008 - the economic boom, largely facilitated by the increased foreign direct investment
2009 - 2014 - the global financial crisis and subsequent economic recovery
2015 - 2020 - post-crisis expansion (accelerating wage growth, boosting consumption)
2021 - 2024 - post-pandemic recovery
2025 and beyond - We'll still be here: learning, adapting, leading

Thirty years ago, a few daring youngsters embarked on a ship called AIMS Timișoara.
Thirty autumns have passed! We had calm waters, clear skies, wonderful destinations, and newly discovered lands.
There were storms, too. Which only made us stronger.
The compass pointed North, most of the time. We also got lost and drifted aimlessly, on occasion. But that's to be expected - on any long, beautiful, adventurous journey.

So, in October 2024, we sailed off again into the sunset ...

We teamed-up again with former AIMS crew members (we call them AIMS Alumni 😁), with friends and partners-in-crime 😁, without whom this 30-year journey would have been, well ... no fun.

Which brings us to why our 30-year anniversary is dedicated to
Why “craft”, you wonder?
Essentially, almost everything we do (any consulting or training project) is unique (okay, maybe with the exception of the SalaryMap reports 😄) and involves care, skill, ingenuity, versatility, and an experience shaped over time.
And why “savoir faire”?
We couldn't find a better word to describe that "je ne sais quoi" (the French simply say it better!) that makes us different.
It's a cocktail of skill, common sense, poise, intuition, good judgement, confidence, and the ability to do what is right, when it's right.
Chocolate and wine? Yes, please! 😄

Under the tagline Spring & Blues and #DamMaiDeparte (We pay it forward), a new ''episode'' from our AIMS Timișoara ''series'' 😉 was released: slightly nostalgic (''blues''), but also hopeful, optimistic and carving the way towards reinvention (''sprint'').
