An assessment tool designed by our senior consultants, that provides leaders with an understanding of others' perceptions of their leadership performance, as compared to their self-perception on the same analysed dimensions.

We developed Leadership@360 with the following management levels in mind: Executive, Top & Middle Management.

Leadership@360 measures 8 leadership competencies (each of them being defined by a number of specific behavioural indicators):

Assessment and Development Centres

An Assessment & Development Centre (A&DC) is a series of individual and group activities (simulations) - such as role-playing games, group discussions, presentations, case studies, interviews - created in order to determine the level of skills and abilities required for a particular position in the organisation.

The A&DC is a standardised process, which allows each participant to show their ability against the same benchmark. Strictly speaking, it is an evaluation process, with competency development in mind.

Participants are assessed based on a set of key competencies previously agreed upon, in order to identify their respective strengths and development gaps.

An A&DC is NOT a training or workshop (although there are similarities).

An A&DC attempts to replicate, as much as possible, the types of tasks that are required / would be required from the participant to solve / manage in the targeted job.

The Assessment Academy

Not only do we run Assessment Centres for our clients, but we have also started to share our expertise through a Certification Programme – THE ASSESSMENT ACADEMY.

The Academy aims to develop those competencies necessary for the evaluation of candidates from the Team Leader job level, as well as offer know-how and the entire documentation our client might need in order to independently run Assessment Centres dedicated to this target group (Team Leaders).

In brief, participants in THE ASSESSMENT ACADEMY will benefit from:

  • training sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • The Complete Assessment Kit (competencies, behavioural indicators, activities, various templates, including assessment report templates)

  • on-going mentoring from AIMS consultants

As with any certification programme, participants will finish The Academy with a certification exam.
