Your safe space to get inspired, play, learn and make mistakes.
As internal trainer you probably want to:
strengthen your competence and confidence
make your work easier, by having at your fingertips battle-tested, plug-and-play methods and exercises for soft skills training
connect with your peers, share and feel less alone in your struggle to make training sessions actually work
Welcome to the club! 😄
In today's reality, HR people are perfectly equipped to handle internally all those processes that were once outsourced, such as training delivery.
It's basically no news that training and development programs are now being delivered by in-house trainers, not only for financial reasons, but especially because organizations seek coherence, contextual adaptation, and agility in delivery.
In this landscape, the budget constraints of recent years only serve to accelerate a deeper shift: many training projects are coming back home, into the hands of internal teams.
But these internal trainers face significant challenges:
They haven’t had the opportunity to practice delivery in a safe environment
They have very limited time to prepare materials
They lack applicable, interactive exercises
They are not sufficiently specialized in soft skills, group dynamics, or adult learning
They feel insecure when delivering in front of their peers
Why not create for them a living, breathing, safe space where they can practice, receive resources and support, and build confidence in their own delivery style?
Enter Trainers' Club - a series of meet-ups for both rookie trainers delivering basic soft skills training, as well as for more seasoned facilitators leading strategic workshops.
Strengthen the competence and confidence of internal trainers
Provide tested methods and exercises for soft skills training and beyond
Create a safe space where they can test, make mistakes, and learn
Support the natural transition of HR and other internal experts into learning facilitator roles
Build a strong peer-learning network where participants connect, share best practices, inspire each other and grow.
Trainers’ Club is a continuous development program that you can join or pause whenever it fits your needs. It's not mandatory to attend every session. You sign up only for the topics relevant to you, each session being announced in advance.
Online micro-sessions of 1.5 hours, focused on practical delivery and participant-driven topics - ideal for trainers with limited time.
Instead, the program offers practical, immediately applicable know-how from AIMS trainers with thousands of hours of delivery experience. Internal trainers receive exactly what they need: tested exercises, real case studies, concrete examples, and personalized support.
that you can apply directly in your organization.
Some sessions will follow AIMS-proposed topics; others will be shaped by the group’s needs and suggestions.
Learning & Testing Sessions: where participants explore and try out delivery methods on specific themes announced in advance.
Supervision & Peer Review Sessions: where one participant shares a real-life case study or delivery draft and receives live feedback to refine their session flow (dry run). These sessions will be announced ahead of time so participants can sign up to be featured.
someone juggling multiple responsibilities in the company, not an idealized full-time facilitator.

Before you design a good training, you need to know what you're trying to achieve — and what’s really needed.
In this session, you’ll learn:
• What types of objectives work best
• How to formulate clear objectives that guide your entire course
• How to distinguish between “we’ve been asked for a training” and an actual learning need
• How to check whether your objectives were achieved at the end of a course
YOUR TAKE-AWAY
Clearly defined objectives for one (or more!) of your upcoming courses, built during the session through hands-on practice.
Sometimes, the difference between a good training and a memorable one lies in the energy in the room.
The goal? Come with one energizer, leave with ten. That’s our promise.
A 100% practical module where we try out energizing exercises ourselves - some from the AIMS trainer toolbox, others brought in by participants. Each activity is followed by a debrief: How did it feel? What audience would it work for? What training topics does it support?
YOUR TAKE-AWAY
A varied set of tested energizers, ready to be used in your own training sessions.
Well-delivered feedback can transform not only behaviors, but relationships.
Whether it’s Leadership, Communication, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, or Team Development - sooner or later, we always land on feedback.
In this module, we explore the CIA Feedback Model – Context, Impact, Action – and practice exercises built around it.
YOUR TAKE-AWAY
A ready-to-use, versatile feedback training kit that helps you explain and practice effective feedback in any context. The kit includes clear instructions, an expert solution, and a professional debriefing guide.
AI doesn’t replace trainers - but it can help them create training curricula faster, better, and more creatively.
In this session, we explore the difference between a casual AI user and a pro AI user, between prompt crafting and prompt engineering - and we practice live how to write prompts that actually work.
Whether you're building a full course or just one exercise, you’ll learn to use AI as a true ally, not a gimmick.
YOUR TAKE-AWAY
Tested and saved prompts, ready to ease your preparation work and inspire your next trainings.
Optimize costs – instead of relying exclusively on external consultants, the company builds in-house training capacity at a fraction of the cost.
Boost engagement & motivation – internal trainers feel valued, supported, and challenged, which translates into higher retention and stronger commitment.
Develop internal talent – by investing in trainers, the organization nurtures its people and prepares them to step into new roles and responsibilities.
Enable mentoring – participants gain access to a peer network where natural mentors emerge, complementing (not replacing) the role of formal mentors in their own organization.
AIMS Trainers are senior professionals with extensive backgrounds, each bringing their own style and strengths into the project. This diversity ensures that participants can learn something unique from each of us, while we remain united by the same values.
While several AIMS trainers will take turns as your hosting facilitators, Codruța Lucuța will be our Community Manager. 😁
