In addition to the 3 training days, each participant will benefit from one hour of feedback and consulting based on a real training module prepared for delivery in their company.
This masterclass suits both rookies, as well as experienced trainers who want to perfect their craft - facilitation/training delivery skills, structure and materials (slide decks, exercises etc.) for their own trainings / workshops.

How can we use Artificial Intelligence in planning and structuring a training?

What is the difference between a presentation and a training? How to turn a presentation into a training?
What is the "secret sauce" for delivering impactful training?
How do we juggle with different training methods, such as lectures, small group exercises, case studies or demonstrations?

The facilitator for this training program will provide feedback and specific suggestions on all materials, from objectives to structure, methods (with focus on practical exercises to balance the theory with practice), slides, and methods to evaluate the impact of the session.
HOW IT WORKS!
After finishing the Train-the-Trainer program, each interested participant will send over all prepared materials on a specific training session.
The 1:1 feedback session will be scheduled.
Participants will gain the required confidence to deliver a successful session, relying on the fact that the objectives, structure and methods for the training have been revised and confirmed by a specialist.
