But here’s the truth: many are exhausted. Under-resourced. Chronically stressed to the point where it feels like business as usual, even on the verge of burnout. And for women in Finance in particular, the picture is even starker: according to the results of the latest IT SalaryMap, they earn on average 23% less than their male counterparts. This gender pay gap in Finance was reported by AIMS SalaryMap Manufacturing, as well.

As part of the Resilience in Action program, you'll have access to three 90-minute reflection and integration sessions, each guided by one of the facilitators — Gabi, Codruța, or Florentina.
These are not necessarily lectures, but safe, supportive spaces centered on your real-life experience. We’ll explore how you've applied the learnings, the challenges you've faced, and the insights that emerged. Each session includes a live case shared by a participant, enriched through coaching, feedback, and group wisdom.
Moreover, by the middle of our journey together, you will have a 1:1 discussion with one of the facilitators, exploring your progress, motivation to continue, as well as any preliminary feedback you might have.
Inner progress comes not only from what we learn, but especially from what we dare to feel, share, and integrate.
