Training based on the HR Business Partner model (developed by Dave Ulrich). The focus of the training is on building a set of core interpersonal skills for any HRBP: trust-building, influencing, feedback, assertiveness, active listening, facilitation and conflict mediation.

  • Active listening skills (asking thoughtful questions, mirroring, emotional labelling, paraphrasing, summarising)

  • HRBP as trusted advisor and organisational coach - 3 core skills for a trusted advisor: trust-building, relationship-building, offering advice effectively
