Being at the beginning of my career as Recruitment Analyst, this course was a big plus for me. Besides the more theoretical aspects I studied, I met people whom I could consider role models. With the help of the trainers, we had the opportunity to share experiences with the other "classmates" from different industries, experiences that helped me in relation to attitudes, reactions and behaviour in various situations related to recruitment and selection. I learned from their examples, which I find is really a bonus of the course.
The structure of Hire with Purpose was also very effective and the examples provided were very useful for my career as a Recruiter.
Bottom line, I liked the course, I saw it as very useful, especially because we talked quite a lot about LinkedIn, which I have just started to use in my activity.
